Description
Juvenile Megalodon Tooth Pendant
Species: Otodus megalodon
Age: Miocene Epoch – 23 Million Years Old
Location: South Carolina, USA
Formation of Origin: Cooper River
One-of-a-kind fossilized Juvenile Megalodon Shark Tooth pendant set on a solid pewter bail with an opening of 4 mm high. Megalodon or “Meg” teeth are some of the only remains that we have of this massive animal, as sharks have very few non-cartilaginous structures in their body, and soft parts rarely fossilize.
Consider adding a sterling silver necklace to any of our pendants.
